Wolters Kluwer presented during the IDSA Ecosystem Building Call
On January 29, 2024, Christian Dirschl from Wolters Kluwer showcased the DataBri-X Legal Use Case (UC) within the framework of the DataBri-X project. This presentation took place during the Ecosystem Building Call of the International Data Spaces Association (IDSA).
This use case focuses on reimagining data lifecycle practices for data-sharing:
- Scenario 1 establishes a prototype Legal Data Space.
- Scenario 2 adds tools and a data governance layer to address real-world legal data issues.
- Scenario 3 explores legal concerns with Data Governance and AI, fostering discussions.
The key message emphasizes that for a successful Legal Data Space, legal requirements must be integral to the platform’s architectural design. An overarching semantic model is crucial for building trust in a data economy based on data spaces.
