New press release: DataBri-X Datathon 2025 showcases hands-on innovation in FAIR data management
We are pleased to announce the publication of a new press release highlighting the DataBri-X Datathon 2025, held on May 27, 2025 at the IMDEA Networks Institute in Madrid.
Now in its second edition, the Datathon brought together researchers, developers, and data practitioners to solve real-world data lifecycle challenges using the DataBri-X software stack. Co-located with the 15th IMDEA Networks Annual International Workshop, the event fostered hands-on experimentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and practical insights into open, FAIR, and measurable data management.
Participants engaged with innovative tools, including the JenPlane methodology, and presented solutions that were evaluated for technical soundness, creativity, and alignment with the DataBri-X vision. The event concluded with awards for the top-performing teams, spotlighting promising approaches to transparent and reusable data workflows.
