DataBri-X Showcases Telecom Pilot at IDSA Ecosystem Building Call

During the IDSA Ecosystem Building Call on June 2, 2025, the DataBri-X project was featured through a presentation by NOVA, showcasing the Telecom pilot use case. The session highlighted how advanced data-sharing tools and analytics developed in DataBri-X are being applied to improve network services, enhance customer satisfaction, and boost social media brand equity.

As one of the largest telecommunications operators in Greece, NOVA is piloting a data space in the Media domain, acting as both provider and consumer. By utilizing the DataBri-X toolbox, the pilot enables:

  • Sentiment and influencer analysis via social media monitoring

  • Improved call center interactions through speech-to-text and error classification

  • Infrastructure performance enhancement and user profiling based on network usage data

These scenarios illustrate how DataBri-X tools support FAIR data principles, adaptability to user needs, and energy efficiency.
