DataBri-X is proud to have collaborated with the UNDERPIN project at the UNDERPIN Roadshow in Vienna, where experts from across industries gathered to explore how Data Spaces and AI are transforming the manufacturing sector.

The event, held on September 9, 2025, focused on the evolution of Data Spaces and the role of artificial intelligence in driving manufacturing excellence. As part of this collaboration, DataBri-X contributed to an interactive focus group discussion where participants actively shared their perspectives on the future of AI and Data Spaces in the industry.

In addition to the discussion, a survey was conducted to gather valuable feedback on the key challenges and opportunities surrounding the implementation of these transformative technologies in manufacturing. The insights collected from both the focus group and survey will be critical as we continue to shape the next steps in the evolution of AI, data governance, and sustainability in the sector.

Key Highlights of the Event

• Exploring the Transformative Potential of Data Spaces: Participants discussed how Data Spaces are enabling seamless data sharing and driving innovation across industries.
• AI-Powered Predictive Maintenance: One of the focal points of the event was the potential of AI to enhance predictive maintenance, improving efficiency and reducing downtime in manufacturing.
• The Future of Digital Product Passports (DPPs): Discussions also delved into the role of Digital Product Passports (DPPs) in enhancing sustainability practices in the manufacturing industry, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
