DataBri-X at the European Big Data Value Forum 2024: Exploring Technologies for Data Spaces
On 4 October 2024, DataBri-X proudly contributed to the European Big Data Value Forum (EBDVF 2024) by participating in the session titled “Leveraging Technologies for Data Management to Implement Data Spaces”. This session brought together cutting-edge projects – WATERVERSE EU, GREEN.DAT.AI, enRichMyData, SEDIMARK, STELAR, and DataBri-X – to explore the challenges and innovations surrounding data interoperability, sovereignty, and governance.
Moderated by Eloisa Vargiu from Cetaqua, the discussion emphasized the importance of collaboration between these pioneering initiatives. DataBri-X was represented by Josiane Xavier Parreira, Senior Research Scientist at Siemens AG Austria, who shared valuable insights into our project’s role in driving advancements in data management solutions for domain-specific data spaces.
This session also explored the complementarities and differences between the projects working under the “2021-Data-01-03” call, highlighting technologies that will shape the future of data-driven operations in Europe.
